Scheduling Procedures
The guidance department, in conjunction with the administration, plans the scheduling procedures for the present student body, the incoming ninth graders from the middle schools and for all new students. Generally, the procedures require three phases: orientation to the curriculum, individual and/or group sessions to review academic plans in accordance with the four-year plan, and parental acceptance of the proposed schedule. The process usually requires three months with time allotted for final review in the summer.
