On June 29, 2020, the school board voted to rename the school to "Unity Reed High School", honoring Arthur Reed, who served as a security assistant at the school.

New Student Enrollment Process
Contact Mrs. Linda Fair, Registrar at (703) 365-2992 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to set up an appointment with Mrs. Fair and your child's counselor. 

Meet with Mrs. Fair and bring with you

For a student previously enrolled in a Prince William County School, bring the following:

  • transcript
  • withdrawal grades
  • custodial papers (if necessary) 

For a student not previously enrolled in a Prince William County School, bring the following:
  • birth certificate
  • social security card
  • transcript
  • test record
  • immunization records
  • custodial papers (if necessary)
  • withdrawal grades
  • special education files (if applicable)
  • discipline files (if applicable)

Student and parents are introduced to a guidance counselor who:

  • Checks all registration forms for completeness.
  • Explains diploma options and summarizes graduation requirements.
  • Registers student completing four year planning card and having parent sign for diploma option selected
  • Reviews Code of Behavior, Local School Rules, and Attendance/Tardy Policy
  • Describes the school plan using the map of floor plan
  • Assists students/parents with bus assignment and schedule, locker assignment, and parking permits.
